We’re a team of four - husband, wife, and our two girls. Rami handles all the technical stuff, from ordering stock and managing the website to packing parcels. Lydia takes care of design, social media, and writing personalised notes. Quinn C (or Quality Control, as we like to call her), supervises our work, makes sure everything meets her high standards, and loves to "help". Fallon is the final and youngest member of our team, and Quinn's number 1 fan, she watches everything her big sister does. Her favourite part of our storage unit is the wall of brightly coloured toys.

We’ve grown so much that Eco Pet Parcel moved out of our home and into its very own storage unit in 2024. In 2026 we upgraded to a storage unit triple the size.
